Kim McCoy is an accomplished human resources professional with significant experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at nVent since September 2019, Kim acts as a business partner to the manufacturing team of nVent EFS. Previous roles include Human Resource Manager at Hy-Tech Controls from February 2014 to September 2019, where Kim excelled in recruiting and developing top talent. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Religious Education at Holy Angels Church and as a Senior Human Resource Representative at Schneider Electric. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
