Els Mulder has extensive experience in the field of education and healthcare, currently serving as Opleidingsmanager at the Instituut voor Bewegingsstudies at Hogeschool Utrecht since 1996, where responsibilities also include managing the HBO verpleegkunde program and leading projects. In addition to this role, Els Mulder has been a freelance auditor for NVAO since 2010. Previous positions include a lecturer at Hogeschool Zuyd and a pediatric nurse at UMC Groningen and UMC Maastricht. Academically, Els Mulder holds a Master's degree in Management and Organisation from Tilburg University and a Master's degree in Health Sciences with a focus on policy and management from Maastricht University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Hanze.
