Harlan Brown has extensive experience in technical account management and content management systems, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and Consultant at Nuxeo since October 2013, where support is provided for the deployment of an open-source content management platform. Prior to this role, Harlan worked at the Reader's Digest Association from January 2004 to September 2013, handling various responsibilities including support and development of XML-based text repositories, serving as a Publishing Systems Administrator, and providing desktop support. Earlier experiences include roles at Computer Bay as an Apple Support Technician and an internship at IBM Deutschland GmbH. Harlan holds a B.A. in Computer Science and German Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University.
