Andriy Baskakov is a seasoned professional in the fields of human resources and international business, currently serving as Co-founder and CBDO at JOBIAN since September 2021, where efforts focus on connecting international talent with job opportunities. As Co-founder and CEO of NUWORK Inc. since May 2019, Andriy has collaborated with prominent companies such as Shell and Carlsberg. Prior experience includes Co-founder and Director at 2HR Tech, aimed at enhancing HR Tech companies, and Director at Ukr Staff, an HR consulting agency offering diverse services in recruitment and outsourcing. Andriy holds a PhD in Economics from Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and a Master's degree in International Business from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, alongside ongoing studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
