Reid Richardson is an experienced professional in the marine and composites industries, currently serving as the Owner of Nuwave Composites and Project Manager at Century Boats since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Reid worked as a Design Engineer at Sea Force Center Consoles for a brief period in early 2021 and held multiple positions, including Department Manager, Project Manager, and Design Engineer at Design Concepts / Marine Concepts from June 2016 to December 2020. Reid's early career includes internships at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, U.S. Navy in 2014 and 2013, as well as roles as Outdoor Trip Leader at FAU Campus Recreation and College Algebra TA at Florida Atlantic University. Reid earned a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in 2016.
