Gerad Ross is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with experience in various companies such as Nuwave Composites, Malibu Boats, Cobalt Boats, and Austal. Gerad has a strong background in design, weight studies, laminate schedules, and composite manufacturing processes. With a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Gerad has also worked as a Graphic Designer and Camp Counselor in the past.
