Roland Frack is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as CFO of Nuward SAS, a subsidiary of EDF Group, since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing financial operations, establishing the subsidiary, and overseeing governance and compliance. Prior to this role, Roland contributed as Lead Author at Institut Montaigne, focusing on transport decarbonization, and held various positions at EDF from September 2009 to April 2021, including Chief of Staff to the Group CFO and Senior Analyst for Financial Regulation of the French Nuclear Fleet. An experienced nuclear engineer, Roland has a diverse background in finance, regulation, and engineering, complemented by academic credentials in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and a degree in General Engineering from Icam.
