Lukasz D. P. is an experienced IT professional with a specialization in ServiceNow and ITSM solutions. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Architect/Consultant and co-owner at Pilch & Pilch since March 2023, as well as a Senior Solution Architect at The Cloud People Germany, Lukasz has a history of technical leadership roles, including Technical Architect and Senior Technical Consultant at Engage ESM from May 2017 to March 2023. Previous experience includes ITSM Solution Consultant and Developer positions at Servicerun Limited, and various consulting roles across BMC and Atlassian products.
