Michele Sciabarrà is an experienced CTO and developer with a background in Java and Linux systems. Michele has worked at various companies including ePrometeus, Unione Fiduciaria, and Nimbella in roles such as Development Director, CTO, and Area Manager for Europe. Michele has also worked as a Senior Java Consultant and Java/Linux Trainer. In their most recent position at Nuvolaris Inc, they have been appointed as CEO, and prior to that, they were a Senior Developer Advocate at DigitalOcean. At Nimbella, they were a Serverless Platform Developer before being promoted to the role of Area Manager for Europe. At all of Michele's positions, they made significant contributions, including leading teams, building BigData solutions in the cloud with DevOps, and developing AgileSites, a framework to develop agile with Oracle WebCenter Sites, and Hubby, a backend component for telecom and bank projects based on Akka.

Michele Sciabarrà earned a Laurea in Informatica from Università di Pisa in 1995. In 1995-1996, they received a scholarship on Software Engineering from Istituto CNUCE. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in machine learning, parallel programming, and functional programming from Coursera, as well as professional certifications in enterprise architecture from Oracle and Java programming from Sun Microsystems in 1999.
