Rossana Valencia Chalita has been working in the logistics industry since 2011. Rossana started their career as a Responsabilidades en áreas de cocina, limpieza, servicios y lavandería at Warrane Household Administration in 2011. In 2016, they began working at Coyote Logistics as an Account Manager, developing carrier lead contacts throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States. Rossana was later promoted to Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with transportation providers to expand the company’s growth into the Mexico market. In the same year, Rossana Valencia Chalita also worked at Instituto Expert as a Sales Area and Process Development. In 2022, they joined Nuvocargo as a Manager, MX Operations and Carrier Sales, overseeing the MX Carrier Sales Team to procure, develop and maintain relationships with transportations providers. Rossana was later promoted to Manager, MX Carrier Sales, helping determine the team’s goals and strategy to align the carrier team to develop cross selling strategies with the other departments. Rossana was also a Carrier Representative Senior at Nuvocargo.

Rossana Valencia Chalita has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana from 2012 to 2016, a Speciality in Operations Management from Universidad Panamericana from 2016 to 2017, a Foreign Exchange Program from Politecnico di Milano from 2015 to 2016, and a Hospitality Management Course from Kenvale College Cookery & Hospitality from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they have two certifications: a First Certificate from Cambridge English Exams Cadiz obtained in May 2011, and a Toefl IBT obtained in November 2014.
