Puspendu Pal has been in the IT industry since 1999. Puspendu started as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were involved in requirements gathering, web application designing, web development, portal development, testing, and deployment. Puspendu worked with technologies such as J2EE, JSP, XML, EJB, RMI, LDAP, and SOAP, and industries such as finance and energy. In 2004, they joined Project Performance Corporation as a Technical Consultant, where they were involved in web 2.0 development, Ruby on Rails, web development (Java & .NET), and portal development and implementation (Java & .NET). Puspendu then moved to ILink Solutions in 2011 as a BPM Lead. In 2013, they joined Incentive Technology Group, LLC as a Senior Architect. Currently, they are a Lead Solutions Architect at Nuvitek.

Puspendu Pal's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Assam (Central) University, obtained between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, Pal has obtained several certifications, including Appian Level 3 from Appian Corporation in December 2019, Certified Application Developer from ServiceNow in July 2019, Level II Credential Exam from Appian Corporation in June 2019, Certified System Architect (CSA) from ServiceNow in February 2019, PEGA Certified System Architect from Pegasystems in November 2018, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
