Cody McGuire has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and agile delivery. Cody currently works as an Agile Delivery Manager at Nuvitek since March 2023. Before that, they served as an Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One from September 2022 to March 2023. Prior to joining Capital One, Cody worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Project Manager/Scrum Master from April 2017 to September 2022. Cody also gained experience as an IT Project Manager at CGI from June 2013 to November 2015. Cody started their professional career as a Finance Information Technology Intern at Virginia Tech from May 2012 to June 2013.

Cody McGuire obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Missouri State University between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Cody has obtained several certifications, including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2020, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in December 2017, and ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in July 2017.
