Matthias Hader began their career in 2002 as a Programmer/Software Engineer/Researcher at the i3G Institute. In 2003, they joined AUDI AG as a Programmer/Project Management Support (Trainee). In 2006, they moved to R/GA as a Software Engineer/Tech Lead. Finally, in 2008, they co-founded nuveon gmbh and held the roles of Solution Director and Program Manager.

Matthias Hader completed a diploma in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik in 2007. Matthias is currently enrolled at Heidelberg University, but has not yet obtained a degree.
