Thorsten Kiel serves as the Managing Director and Head of Industrial & Logistics for Real Estate in Europe at Nuveen since January 2019. Prior to this role, Thorsten was the Head of Logistics in Europe and Fund Manager for German Logistics at TIAA Henderson Real Estate Limited from November 2014 to December 2018. Thorsten's career began at Henderson Global Investors Limited, where responsibilities included Fund Manager and Business Development Manager from July 2007 to October 2014. Thorsten started in the finance industry as an Analyst at EY from July 2005 to June 2007. Thorsten holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Immobilien from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, complemented by studies at the University of Nottingham and San Diego State University.
