Ryan Martinek is an accomplished compliance officer with extensive experience in financial services. Currently, Ryan serves as Vice President Compliance Officer at Nuveen, a TIAA company, and Vice President Chief Compliance Officer at AGR Partners. Prior to these roles, Ryan spent nearly two decades at Thrivent, progressing from Implementation Manager to various positions within the organization. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Minnesota, which was earned between 1993 and 1999.
