Drew Zimmerman currently serves as Vice President of Compliance at Nuveen since December 2013, following a role as Associate Vice President of Compliance. Previously, Drew held the position of Lead Internal Auditor at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on SOX and internal controls audits. Experience also includes a tenure at Artisan Partners, where Drew advanced from Compliance Specialist to Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance processes, leading teams, and managing data integration projects. Drew began the career as a Financial Sales Associate at Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, recognized for exceptional performance in client acquisition and service. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Lubar College of Business and an MBA in Finance from Marquette University.
