David R. Wilson, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and institutional solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director & Head of Taxable Fixed Income Client Portfolio Management and Managing Director & Head of Institutional Solutions at Nuveen since November 2013, Wilson previously held the position of Managing Director & Head of Customized Strategies at Cutwater Asset Management from August 1999 to November 2013. Prior to this, Wilson worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Thomson Financial for one year. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
