Andre Shepley is a seasoned professional in responsible and sustainable investing, currently serving as Senior Director of Responsible Investing at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Sustainable Investing at Lazard Asset Management and Director of Environmental, Social, and Governance Research at Truvalue Labs, where Andre also served as Product Manager. Earlier in the career at UBS, Andre worked as an Equity Research Analyst and Trader, providing research insights and managing equity trading in the consumer staples sector. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College.
