Murat Haktan Gündoğar has extensive work experience in project management for high technology projects. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at Nuvation Engineering, where they are responsible for managing a wide variety of projects involving hardware, software, and FPGA development. Murat Haktan serves as the primary contact for clients and has expertise in "New Product Introduction (NPI)" and "Design for Manufacturing (DFM)". Their responsibilities include requirements gathering, project scope definition, schedule and budget planning, integration management, risk management, quality management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.

Prior to their current role, Murat worked at ASELSAN Inc. as a Senior Product & Project Manager, where they were involved in business development and project management for high-tech defense projects. Murat Haktan had extensive experience in "New Product Introduction (NPI)" and was responsible for market research, competitor analysis, contract negotiations, and end-to-end delivery. Murat Haktan also worked as a Product & Project Manager and Project Engineer at ASELSAN Inc., gaining experience in R&D, new product development, and technology transfer projects.

Murat has a strong background in project management and a focus on R&D and new product development. Murat Haktan has excellent skills in stakeholder management, vendor management, and risk management.

Murat Haktan Gündoar's education history begins with their elementary school education at TED Ankara Koleji from 1999 to 2004. Murat Haktan then moved on to Ankara Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics-Science from 2004 to 2007. Continuing their education, Gündoar enrolled at Bilkent University for their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they pursued from 2007 to 2011.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Gündoar attended the University of Warwick from 2011 to 2012 to obtain their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.

In addition to their formal education, Gündoar has also obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Murat Haktan also completed the Methodologies and Applications of Project Management course at İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in July 2018. Furthermore, Gündoar acquired the Agile Project Management Approaches and Applications certification from İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in April 2019. Murat Haktan completed the Project Planning, Executing, and Controlling with Microsoft Project course at İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in August 2017. Lastly, Gündoar obtained the Primavera P6 EPPM Basic Course certification from PRM YAZILIM in March 2021.
