Manoj Mathew has a diverse work experience in both industry and academia. Manoj started their career as an Undergraduate Summer Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in 2009. Manoj then moved on to various roles at the university, including Graduate Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Sessional Instructor. In 2014, Mathew joined Nuvation Engineering as a Research Assistant and worked there until 2018, during which they also pursued their PhD as a Graduate Student at the University of Waterloo. In 2018, Mathew joined Nuvation Energy as a Lead Software Developer. Currently, they are serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Waterloo since February 2020.
Manoj Mathew has a strong academic background in Chemical Engineering. Manoj completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University in 2011. Manoj then pursued their Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing it in 2013. Building on their master's degree, they further pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing it in 2018.
