Heather Bradshaw is a Staff Hardware Designer at Nuvation Energy since June 2020, specializing in hardware design and development. Prior experience includes serving as the Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering Lead at InnerSpace Technology, where Heather designed schematics and printed circuit boards, and developed upgrades using CircuitStudio. At Powerhouse Controls, Heather was a Control System Designer, focusing on PLC and HMI software development and hardware modifications for industrial machines. Heather's earlier role as a Process Engineer at Tyco's Tool & Die-Magna Exteriors involved enhancing production efficiency for automotive injection molds and formulating a Quality Management System compliant with ISO9001:2015 standards. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo, complemented by an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Georgetown District High School.
