Tamara Rawding has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Tamara started their career as a Human Resources Manager at GE Capital in 1993 and worked there until 2001. Tamara then joined Consumers Petroleum as a Director of Human Resources, where they gained over a decade of experience before leaving in 2015. After that, they worked as an Independent Contractor in the field of human resources from 2015 to 2016. Tamara then joined Western Connecticut Health Network (WCHN) as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. Currently, since 2019, they are working at Nuvance Health, initially as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Danbury Hospital.

Tamara Rawding has an MBA in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
