Brett Johnson has a wealth of experience in customer service and support roles. Brett began their career in 2013 as a Shift Lead and Personal Training Coordinator at the Ann Arbor YMCA, where they trained new staff members, maintained the client database, and managed the supply inventory for the Health and Wellness department. In 2015, they joined Blackbaud as a Financial Software Support Analyst, where they communicated with clients, researched requests and concerns, and managed escalated cases. In 2018, they moved to DocNetwork as an Implementation Specialist and Customer Support Associate. Most recently, they have been working at Nutshell since 2020 as a Customer Support Manager and Customer Success Specialist.
Brett Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint between 2008 and 2012. Brett also holds four certifications from Coursera: Python Data Structures and Using Python to Access Web Data (both obtained in February 2022), Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) (obtained in January 2022), and Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS (obtained in November 2019).
