Sanjay Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the food and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Formulation & Analytical R&D Foods at Nutriventia since August 2019, Sanjay is responsible for developing innovative clean label food ingredients. Previous roles include Vice President R&D at Jubilant Life Sciences Limited and Group R&D Head at Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd., along with leadership positions at Piramal Group and Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where responsibilities included product stabilization and new development in nutraceuticals and herbal products. Sanjay's career began with foundational roles in quality control and quality assurance at PepsiCo and Kraft Heinz India Pvt Ltd. Sanjay holds multiple degrees in Food Technology from the University of Mumbai and the Institute of Chemical Technology, complemented by a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Parle College.
