Tom Bacon began their work experience in 2014 as a Graduate Account Manager at telent Technology Services Ltd. Tom then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager - Traffic from March 2016 to March 2017. In 2018, Tom joined Tes as a Customer Support Executive, where they worked until June 2021. From 2015 to 2021, Tom also pursued a career as a Professional Speedway Rider at Bacon Racing. Tom'smost recent role is with Nutritics, where they started as a Sales Development representative in October 2021. Tom later became a Business Development Consultant in May 2022 and currently holds the position of Business Development Manager since January 2023.

Tom Bacon attended the University of Leicester from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with first class honors in Management Studies. In 2019, they enrolled at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and earned a Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping in the same year.
