Berkant Shaban is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Nutreco since August 2023. Prior to this role, Berkant worked as an FP&A Controller at OCI Global from January 2022 to August 2023. Berkant's previous experience includes various positions at Arcadis between November 2017 and January 2022, such as Global Enabling Functions Controller and FP&A Analyst, focused on finance business transformation, management reporting, and coordination of budgeting processes. Berkant began a finance career through the Global Finance Graduate Program, completing multiple rotations that encompassed project controlling, group reporting, and tax functions. Earlier experience includes internships at Avery Dennison in internal audit and financial controlling, as well as pricing functions. Berkant holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
