Annelieke Koskinen-Grim has diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Annelieke began their career as a Hulpkracht welzijn at Het Hoge Veer, where they worked from October 2009 to June 2011. Annelieke then served as a Yoga-pilates instructrice at Health en Budo from February 2012 to July 2013. Following this, Annelieke worked as a Verkoper at Lampidee from September 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Teacher at Touhula-päiväkodit. Currently, Annelieke is employed as a Customer Service Officer at NutraQ, starting in 2021.

Annelieke Koskinen-Grim received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finse taal en cultuur from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they attended ROC van Flevoland from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Sociaal Agogisch Werk - Pegadogisch Werk Niveau 4. Before that, they completed their VWO degree in Natuur en Gezondheid at Dongemond college from 2004 to 2011. Annelieke is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business management/Bedrijfsmanagement at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, scheduled to complete in 2025.
