Vivek Raval, MPA has a diverse work experience. Vivek has worked for Nutra-Med Packaging Inc. since 2019 as an IT Serialization Engineer and Disaster Recovery Specialist, where they have been responsible for configuring new products and templates in the serialization software and server. From 2017 to 2019, they were a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), a volunteer for Red Cross Chapters, an Emergency Planning Healthcare Intern for Trasformative Medical Helath NYC, an Emergency Manager and IT Specialist for GSDMA State Emergency Operation Center, an IT Expert and ICT Lecturar for IITE Indian Institute of Teacher Education, and an Education Program Coordinator for SIPL SMEARING INFORMATION PVT LTD. In these roles, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks such as developing and revising preparedness training plans, creating care plans, installing smoke detector equipment, managing databases, providing employee training and instruction, testing networks, and managing online admissions.

Vivek Raval holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Metropolitan College of New York, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Their field of study was Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management. Vivek also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ganpat University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandihnagar, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Vivek also holds a certification in Disater Mitigration Science and Technology from ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization, which they obtained in September 2015.
