Thu Novak has worked in the retail industry since 2006, beginning their career as an Inventory and Wholesale Planning Manager at HUGO BOSS. Thu then moved to Manager of Retail Inventory Planning before joining Burberry as a Global Omni-channel Merchandise Planner in 2011. In 2013, they accepted a role as Omni-channel Merchandise Planner at Bed Bath & Beyond, followed by a role as eCommerce Trade Strategy at Newell Brands in 2019. Most recently, Thu Novak has been appointed Head of Digital Strategy and eCommerce Business Development at Nutiva, beginning in 2022. Additionally, Thu Novak has held the role of Chief Mom at Novak Family since 2013.
Thu Novak holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Business from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, Novak has obtained four certifications: Google Analytics from Google in December 2020, Marketing Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley in January 2020, Data Analytics 360 from Cornell University in August 2018, and Retail Planning from the Fashion Institute of Technology in May 2012.
