Steven Naccarato has over 30 years of work experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. From 1986 to 1998, they worked at Leading Brands Inc. as General Manager and Shareholder, where they were responsible for the development of 350+ new private label items. Steven was also credited with increasing sales by 85% year-over-year, resulting in the company becoming Canada's largest integrated beverage company. From 1998 to 2003, they worked at SLN Beverage Inc. as President and Partner, where they were responsible for the development of 60 new private label fruit and juice products. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at SasCoPack Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Partner, where they managed all teams involved with capital budgets/planning, product/service offerings, and assessment of market opportunities. Steven also helped scale the company to keep up with 100% annual growth. From 2011 to present, they have worked at Nutiva as Director of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer and Board Member. Steven has spearheaded the development of in-house manufacturing capabilities, increasing operational flexibility and strengthening Nutiva's vertical integration program. Steven has also built up operations and production teams to support year-over-year growth of +65%, and has been responsible for major retailer accounts including Club Channel and International Sales development. Additionally, they have provided clients with a variety of initiatives as an Independent CPG Consultant since 2010.

Steven Naccarato has attended Grant MacEwan College, McGill Executive Institute, as well as McGill University multiple times. No additional certifications have been obtained.
