Sarah Wallace, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse organizational environments. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Nutex Health since July 2022, Sarah oversees HR support for over 1,600 employees across 20+ Micro Hospitals in 11 states, focusing on health benefits, retirement plan management, and process optimization. Previously, Sarah held the role of Human Resources Director at Spectrum of Hope from November 2010 to April 2022, where responsibilities included hands-on HR support for 250 employees and establishing comprehensive HR policies. Earlier in Sarah's career, from 1999 to 2005, experience was gained at Compaq/Hewlett Packard as a College Recruiting and Internship Program Manager, managing internship programs for hundreds of interns and participating in a significant corporate merger. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Houston.
