Sandeep Sawalapurkar is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the BFSI sector. Currently serving as the Head of BFSI Sales at Nutanix since August 2019, Sandeep oversees a team responsible for managing large Enterprise BFSI customers nationwide. Prior to this, Sandeep held various roles at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2015 to August 2019, including Team Lead BFSI and Senior Enterprise Account Manager, focusing on data protection and information governance solutions. Sandeep's career also includes positions at Veeam Software and VMware, where responsibilities encompassed managing territories and driving revenue from key accounts. Early in the career, Sandeep worked with HCL Infosystems Ltd. in sales roles for IBM middleware and Oracle ERP solutions. Sandeep holds an MBA in Marketing from Bangalore University and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Amravati University.
