Kunal Marwaha is the Senior Program Manager for People, Development & Culture at Nutanix. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager for Learning Development at Myntra from June 2018 to April 2020. There, they led Learning & Development for the largest section of the organization and managed the life-cycle of Training Needs Identification, Program Execution, Reporting and Program Effectiveness Evaluation. Kunal also designed and executed Leadership and Management Development Programs, and lead a change management project through transformation from offline to embedded learning mediums.

From June 2013 to June 2018, Kunal worked as a Manager for Human Resources at Wipro. There, they gained experience working on multiple HR areas like Talent Management, OD, Assessments, Capability Building, Performance Management, Engagement Surveys, Competency Frameworks, etc. Kunal was also responsible for the design of Competency Frameworks and Career Frameworks for specific business groups, as well as Capability building initiatives for specific groups of employees.

Kunal Marwaha has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Nirma Institute Of Technology and a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
