Suzanne Palmer is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the nuclear power sector, currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer 4 at NuScale Power since August 2021. Prior positions include Applications Engineer at Flowserve Corporation and Advisory Engineer at Framatome, where complex engineering assignments and hydraulic piping network modeling were core responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Suzanne supported commercial nuclear power plants at Duke Engineering & Services and contributed to thermal-hydraulic safety analysis at Yankee Atomic Electric Company. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 1986.
