Ken Lefton is a highly experienced engineer with a solid background in mechanical and robotics engineering. Currently serving as a Robotics/Automation Engineer IV at NuScale Power since November 2018, Ken has also held a long-term position as a Mechanical Engineer III at Thermo Fisher Scientific since February 2011. Over the course of a career that began in 1982 at Motorola, Ken has developed extensive expertise across various industries, including automation, aerospace, semiconductor, and pharmaceuticals. Notable accomplishments include leading multiple automation projects at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, DWFritz Automation, and Gaard Automation, and contributing to product improvements in airborne infrared systems at FLIR Systems. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
