Chibunna Nwaobia is the current Executive Director at Nursesbond Inc. Chibunna has worked in the nursing field for over 20 years. Chibunna began their career as a Staff Nurse at Allied Professional Nursing Care. Chibunna then went on to work as a Nursing Supervisor at Air Force Village West. After that, they became the Assistant Director of Nursing at Riverside University Health System. In 2013, they joined NursesBond Inc. as the Director of Nursing Services. Chibunna then left NursesBond Inc. to work as the Director of Nursing Services at Dignity Health from May 2019 to August 2021.

Dr. Chibunna Nwaobia is a health services and healthcare administration researcher who holds a Ph.D. from Walden University. Chibunna also has two master's degrees, one in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University, and another in counseling psychology from La Sierra University. Dr. Nwaobia's undergraduate degree is in nursing science from Babcock University.
