Tamara Zaman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tamara most recently worked at Nursa as a Product and Operations Recruiter beginning in May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Qualtrics from May 2021 to December 2022. Tamara also held the same role at nCino, Inc. from August 2020 to April 2021. Before transitioning into recruitment, Tamara worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Workfront from November 2018 to June 2020. Tamara also served as a Recruiter at Discover Financial Services from January 2017 to November 2018. Tamara started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis at Dealertrack and eBay in 2016. Tamara then gained experience in education as a Student Success Coach at Strayer University from December 2015 to June 2016. Tamara also held various roles at the University of Utah, including Teaching Assistant, Writing Tutor, and Student Ambassador from 2012 to 2015. Prior to transitioning into the education field, they worked as a Teacher at Green Dale International School from February 2011 to December 2011.

Tamara Zaman completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from BRAC University in 2009. In 2007, Tamara also participated in the Study of the US Institute for Student Leaders program at Green River College.
