Per Erik Solli has extensive experience in defense analysis and advisory roles, currently serving as an Adviser/Analyst at J10 within NJHQ's Capability Development since May 2024. In addition, Solli has been a Senior Defence Analyst at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) since July 2021 and an Editor for a book project documenting the history of Bodø air station. Other positions include Senior Advisor at Nord University, Consultant at SOLLI RÅDGIVNING, and Senior Adviser/Project Leader at Norsk Luftfartsmuseum, where assessment for a new Cold War museum was conducted. Previous roles consist of Senior Consultant for the Norwegian Armed Forces Cyber Defence, Senior Security Adviser at COWI, Defence Attaché at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in The Hague, and Staff Officer in the Expert Commission on Norwegian Security and Defence Policy. Solli holds master's degrees in Military Operational Art and Science and International Relations from notable institutions.
