My Rafstedt is a PhD Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) since 2018, and previously held roles as a Fundraising Assistant at Sobell House and a Fieldwork Researcher at NUPI, where impactful work included conducting interviews for a project on women's economic agency in Lima, Peru. Additionally, My Rafstedt interned in the Outreach and Development department at Human Rights Watch in London, focusing on fundraising and communication. Academic qualifications include an MPhil in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford and a degree in Politics with International Relations from the University of York, complemented by an exchange year at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
