Joni Leung has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Accounting Intern role at Conair Corporation in 2015. Joni then worked as a Technical Trainer at UC Berkeley Student Affairs IT in 2016, and as a Web Application Developer Intern at FansWiFi and Playa in the same year. In 2017, they were a Student Technology Council at UC Berkeley Student Technology Service and a Web Application Developer Intern at PlayBow LLC. In 2018, they were a Software Engineering Intern (Summer Analyst) at Goldman Sachs and a Software Engineer Intern at PlayBow LLC. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer (Technical Analyst) at Goldman Sachs. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead and a Software Engineer II at Nuna Inc.

Joni Leung attended Kent School from 2012 to 2015 and obtained their high school diploma. Joni then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2015 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
