Bella Lee has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Bella started out as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy in 2014, then moved on to become a Front Desk Agent at Sproul Front Desk in 2016, a Team Lead at SEAS Cafe in 2015, a New Student Advisor at UCLA New Student & Transition Programs in 2017, an Evaluation Assistant at UCLA Undergraduate Admission in 2017, a Summer Associate at Navigant in 2018, a Data Analytics Associate at Ankura in 2019, and most recently a Health Data Analyst II and a Health Data Analyst at Nuna Inc. in 2021. As a Health Data Analyst, they developed new features for machine learning models to improve health outcomes, conducted analysis on Meaningful Matches product and new features to improve algorithms for matching health plan members to PCPs, and improved data pipelines in order to make Meaningful Matches a scalable product.

Bella Lee attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2015 to 2019, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and English.
