Pattiann McAdams

SVP & General Manager, Retail Division at Numotion

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Numotion’s new Retail Division, Pattiann is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and management of Numotion’s new retail division.

Prior to the acquisition of Spinlife by Numotion she was the General Manager handling all the functions of the business reporting directly to the founder and CEO. During her five-year tenure she spent her time managing all marketing and merchandising for a mid-size retail leader for medical equipment.

Prior to Spinlife she partnered with Midocean Partners in NYC on due diligence of two companies in their portfolio, KidKraft and Image skincare. McAdams held a seat on the board of directors of KidKraft from 2015-2020.

Pattiann engaged as an expert consultant to large enterprise companies (Advocare and KidKraft) that were faced with challenges in digital transformation and integration. Her services included assessing the competitive landscape, building vision and strategy, executing test to validate assumptions and helping with organizational competencies assessments to support future business models. With her 20 years of experience in managing digital businesses she is well positioned to help transform and integrate digital strategies within large organizations thus transforming models to remain competitive and relevant with today’s consumers.

She also spent 4.5 years as GM/SVP for Bath and Body Works Direct, a division of Limited Brands. She led the direct business and had full P&L responsibilities. Prior to that she was General Manager of the Online Division of AVON Products, Inc for 10 years of her career. She led the Internet business for the North America which includes the online operations with full P&L responsibility for the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Dominic Republic.

During the early years of her career, Pattiann was the second employee at PCFlowers Inc, the first flower company to transact online. She spent 4 years overseeing the operations and web development for PC Flowers Inc. After the company was acquired by Fingerhut Corporation, a division of Federated she worked to integrate the flower business into the Federated direct business.
