Mike Khouli is an experienced telecommunications and network administrator with a strong background in VOIP systems, network management, and operational support. Since July 2017, Mike has served as a Senior Network & Telecommunication Administrator at Numeris, focusing on VOIP Mitel telephony architecture and vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Mike worked at AXIS Integrated from August 2014 to July 2017 as a Senior Network & System Administrator, where responsibilities included configuring and maintaining Windows servers and SAN systems. From October 2007 to 2014, Mike was a Network Support Analyst at Petro-Canada, providing operational support for telecommunications and playing a critical role in infrastructure planning and configuration. Mike holds a Master's degree in English from Kharkiv State of Radio Electronic, obtained from 2000 to 2006.
