Emily Poore is the current Corporate Controller at Numerica. Emily has been with the company since January 2009, and in their current position since December 2013. Prior to that, they were the Accounting Manager at Numerica Corporation from January 2001 to December 2005. In that role, they managed the record keeping process for all general ledger transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, billing, revenue, fixed assets, and timekeeping. Emily reviewed month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement analysis and preparation. Emily also managed indirect rate structure, including review and submission of provisional billing rates to government.
During their time as Accounting Manager, Emily developed an improved month-end analysis including the implementation of electronic balance sheet review with reconciliations of significant changes in accounts. Emily also earned perfect remarks on the submissions of the 2010-2013 incurred cost proposals using unwavering attention to detail and complete follow-through of government-provided instructions.
Emily Poore has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado Denver. Emily also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from Colorado State University. Emily Poore is currently pursuing their M.B.A. in progress at the University of Colorado Denver. Emily has also been certified by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy as a CPA.
Their manager is Jeff Poore, President. They work with Jeff Aristoff - VP, Space Systems, Nate Knight - VP, Air & Missile Defense, and Jason Johnson - VP, Missile Defense.
