Otgontumur Gantumur has been working as a Junior Product Manager at Numbat GmbH since November 2022. Prior to that, from March 2022 to October 2022, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at the same company. They were also a Working Student at Sontheim Industrie Elektronik GmbH from August 2022 to October 2022. Their earlier work experience includes being a Student at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten from March 2020 to October 2022.

Otgontumur Gantumur completed full secondary education from 2004 to 2014 at the First Secondary School of Ulaanbaatar. Following this, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Power Supply at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology | School of Power Engineering. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, Otgontumur Gantumur obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten.
