Jennifer started their career in 2007 as an HR Officer at Maldron Hotels, where they were responsible for policy implementation, payroll management, and handling disciplinary actions. Jennifer then served as an HR Manager at Maldron Hotels, focusing on HR function development, employee training, and recruitment.

In 2012, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist on a contract basis at The Travel Corporation Canada, providing support and assistance to managers and employees on various HR issues. Jennifer then moved on to RPM Technologies in 2013, where they worked as an HR Generalist on a contractual basis, specializing in wealth management solutions in the financial services industry.

Jennifer joined QuickPlay Media in 2014 as an HR Manager, leading HR initiatives for the company. Quickplay Media was subsequently acquired by AT&T, and they continued their role until 2017. In this position, Jennifer played a crucial role in facilitating the integration of HR processes and managing employee performance appraisal systems.

Jennifer then transitioned to AT&T as an Associate Director in HR Country Management for Canada, overseeing HR operations and strategies for the region. After their tenure at AT&T, Jennifer took on the role of Director of People at BlueCat in 2017, where they were responsible for ensuring centralized and automated network environments through DNS solutions.

In 2020, Jennifer served as the VP of People at Maropost, a customer engagement platform, before joining Nulogy as the Head of People & Culture. In their current role as the VP of People & Culture at Nulogy, they focus on driving operational control, network synchronization, and sustainability in supply chain processes through cloud-based solutions.
