Gurpreet Gujral

Gurpreet Gujral has a strong background in customer service and support roles. Gurpreet has held various positions throughout their career, starting with Tata Group in 2001 and moving on to Hutchison Whampoa in 2003, where they worked in customer support and commercial teams.

In 2008, Gurpreet joined Three as the Head of Commercial Performance, responsible for sales and retention commercial operations. Gurpreet later took on the role of Head of Contact Centre Operations, where they led offshore and in-house contact centre operations. Gurpreet then became the Director of Customer Support, accountable for customer contact across all contact centre channels and responsible for customer advocacy, growth, and retention.

In 2016, Gurpreet was promoted to Director of Customer Support & Partnerships, where they led customer contact channels and formed strategic partnerships for symbiotic growth. Gurpreet played a key role in expanding Three's reach and creating seamless opportunities for customers to connect with the company.

Gurpreet then joined IKEA in 2019 as the Global Customer Support Director, leading customer service and support activity across all IKEA markets globally. Gurpreet was responsible for the strategic transformation of customer service and led a community of over 10,000 customer support colleagues.

In 2022, Gurpreet joined Cazoo as the Group Customer Support Director, responsible for customer support across the UK and the EU. Gurpreet then joined Metropolitan Thames Valley in 2020 as a Non-Executive Director, focusing on building affordable housing and serving the community.

Gurpreet's most recent work experience is as the Business Services Director at Nuffield Health, where they lead customer support and financial services across hospitals, fitness, wellbeing, and corporate services. Gurpreet is driving omnichannel transformation and ensuring effective financial operational oversight and delivery.

Throughout their career, Gurpreet has demonstrated a strong focus on customer support, strategic transformation, and building successful partnerships.

Gurpreet Gujral completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2010 to 2013. Earlier, from 1998 to 2001, Gurpreet obtained a Bachelor's degree from The University of Huddersfield.
