Del Jarrett has a diverse work experience in sales, business strategy, and account management.

In 2015, they worked as an Account Executive at NuFACE, where they managed client accounts until 2016. Following this role, they joined FOREO as a Sales and Education Manager, responsible for sales and training until 2017.

Del then returned to NuFACE in 2017 as a Business Strategy Manager, involved in strategic planning and management until 2019. In 2020, they joined MARTINNI as a Business Strategy Associate, focusing on developing business strategies until 2021.

Del then transitioned to Columbia Cosmetics Manufacturing Inc. in 2021 as a Sales Director, overseeing sales operations until 2023. Currently, they are the Sales Director at NuFACE, a position they have held since 2023.

Del Jarrett has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of South Florida.
