Rachel Gilmore has over 10 years of work experience in customer service and account management. In 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at Nufabrx. Prior to this, they were an Account Manager at NeoGraft Hair Restoration | a division of Venus Concept from 2018-2021, where they were responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business within NeoGraft, partnering with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition after purchase of a NeoGraft device, and acting as the main point of contact for any questions regarding marketing, products, and consumables. From 2018-2018, they were an Account Manager at DIVERSANT, LLC, a professional services firm providing IT contingent labor and consulting services. From 2016-2018, they worked at Adams Beverages of NC, LLC as an On Premise Sales Representative and Brand Activation Manager. From 2015-2016, they were an Account Manager at B&B Bartending, LLC, responsible for strategic planning and customer service for various event functions.
