Juan Martinez is an experienced sanitation and food safety professional with a strong background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Sanitation Manager at Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats since October 2021, Juan has developed a robust in-house sanitation team and ensured compliance with USDA regulations. Previously, Juan served as the FSQA Manager at Cher-Make Sausage Co, where dedication to safety and quality in sausage production was paramount. Other notable positions include Food Safety & Sanitation Manager at Natural Ovens of Manitowoc, Food Defense Coordinator & Sanitation Manager at Capistrano's Bakery, and various management roles in other bakery facilities.
